weekly care tips that must at least do once time per week~~
i learn from skol but forget when d~~ XP
our weekly need scrub and mask~
1) SCRUB = it also call PORE GRAINS / EXFOLIANT
- it help desquamation ( remove dead cells )
- the skin will be fairer , smoother & clearer
- soften then skin
- natural changing of skin cells
have 2 types of scrub in market :-
i) with granules - (for dull / mature / dry skin) not suitable for oily skin - eg. pimple
ii) without granules - (for oily / congested skin)
granules is look like salt or like super tiny stone in the scrub~~
have 2 method when using the scrub :-
i) wet method ( more gentle ) - for oily / sensitive / delicate skin
ii) dry method - for normal / dull / mature / neglected ( long time din do facial ) / thick / coarse skin
Finish on SCRUB~
Continue with mask~~
2) MASK - is to smoother & soften the skin
Differences types of mask :-
A) Setting mask - mask which sets and hardens on the skin and cause tigh tening and pulling sensation. ( Eg. CLAY MASK )
B) Non-setting mask - mask will not set on the skin
- mask has oil / glucerine added on it
(Eg. biological [ mean natural ] ingredients => oatmeal, cucumber, bananas, egg yolk, strawberries and etc. )
C) Thermal (Heat / Hot ) mask - temperatures [ for all skin types but not on sensitive skin ]
effect:-
i) stimulate blood circulation
ii) slight erythema on the skin
iii) induce perspiration , thereby remove toxins
iv) soften skin
v) relax pores
vi) products applied on skin will be readily absorbed
D) Hot oil mask - for dry / mature skin
-nourishing vegetable oil ( Eg. sweet almond oil , grape seed oil , jojoba oil )
E) Paraffin wax mask - to plumb up fine lines & wrinkles
-melted and heated to ( 49*C )
- is hard ( solidify ) is in white colour
- when melt it clear colour mean no colour
- from petroleum ( form of mineral )
