Basic tips in skin care that must have in our daily
i learn it on tuesday afternoon ( 6 oct 2009 ) ~~ X3
our daily must have cleanser , toner and moisturizer~~
and one day maximum wash 3 times can d~~
morning , afternoon , and night~~ XD



1) CLEANSER - to remove dirt impurities..
- twice a day ( morning and night )...
- hav 7 types of cleanser :-
i) cream - suitable for dry / mature skin
ii) gel - for oily / greasy skin
iii) milk - for all skin types

milk cleanser hav 2 types~ eg :-
i) oil-in-water = water more than oil ( suitable for oily and greasy skin )
ii) water-in-oil = more oil than water ( suitable for dry and matured skin )

iv) lotion - for all skin types but depending on FORMULATION...
v) complexion bar - oily / greasy skin
vi) foam - oily / greasy skin
vii) medicated - acne / pimple skin

why our face need to wash 2 time by using double cleanse / cleanser?
= to make sure the inside and outer skin is clean and to remove dirt impurities

Reason - cause some of it we have make-up then if u cleansed 1 time and when u use cotton wool / towel to wipe it , it still have foundation or dirt , that mean it still not clean ~



2) TONER - to balance the skin pH
- skin freshener

our normal skin pH = 5.5
neutral = 7

Question:-
when do we apply toner? = After cleansing
How? =With dry / damp cotton wool
Technique? = long strokes upwards / sideways

apply toner~~
and make sure is DRY 1st then only apply moisturizer~

* Cleanser and toner need same brand cause is to avoid skin irritation *



3) MOISTURIZER - protect the skin from environment
-hav 3 types of moisturizer :-
i) cream - for dry / matured skin
ii) lotion / milk / fluid - for all skin types but depending on FORMULATION.
iii) gel - for oily / greasy skin

Question:-
when do we apply moisturizer? = After toner
why moisturizer should be applied on a DRY & NOT DAMP skin? = To avoid skin irritation.

Tis Cleanser , Toner and Moisturizer is oreadi super basic till cannot basic d~~ >.<
so must hav it in ur daily care~~
