i love to eat it some time~

and i got one customer that marry v japanese guy~

and they live very happily~

some day i ask about her health food of avocado~

and she told and teach me alot how to choose the fruit~

because i never eat before because of dunno wat it is at all~

i juz Noe avocado is good for skin?

so yea~

i juz can tell u all how to choose and which brand from came from is the best~ xD

 

and u ned choose the Avocado from Australia and have a correct right there~~ ^^

because u ned wait all the skin become brown color u onli can eat them~~
